All items are sent from Hertfordshire, UK. We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of your order being placed. Orders are sent with Royal Mail.
How long does shipping take?
The majority of parcels should arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-3 days of dispatch. Some items are personalised so please allow a little longer for their delivery.
How much will delivery cost?
Our shipping costs are calculated by weight and this will be calculated at the checkout page. Shipping costs start at £4.95 for parcels and £2.95 for letters.
Which courier will deliver my order?
The majority of parcels are sent with Royal Mail.
Do you offer Next Day Delivery?
Next day delivery is available for the large majority of our items. Choose from “Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm” or “Royal Mail Tracked 24” with a delivery aim of 1-2 working days. If you require your item quickly please order before 1pm and choose either of these services for same day dispatch. If you have missed the cut off time for next day delivery please contact us as we may well be able to assist.
Can I collect my order?
Local customers can collect from our office in Hexton near Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Please contact us to arrange a collection time. Collections can be arranged for Monday – Friday 10am-4pm.
