All items are sent from Hertfordshire, UK. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of your order being placed. For Standard Delivery to UK mainland addresses the majority of letters and parcels are sent with Royal Mail.

The majority of parcels should arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-3 days of dispatch. Some items are personalised or ordered in specially from our supplier. In this case please allow a little longer for delivery. Your delivery timescale will be calculated at checkout.

Our shipping costs are calculated by weight and this will be calculated at the checkout page. Shipping costs start at £4.95 for parcels and £2.95 for letters.

The majority of parcels are sent with Royal Mail. Occasionally DPD is used for very large parcels.

Next day delivery is available for the large majority of our items. Choose from “Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm” or “Royal Mail Tracked 24” with a delivery aim of 1-2 working days. If you require your item quickly please order before 1pm and choose either of these services for same day dispatch. If you have missed the cut off time for next day delivery please contact us as we may well be able to assist.

Local customers can collect from our office in Hexton near Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Please contact us to arrange your order and a collection time. Collections can be arranged for Monday – Friday 10am-4pm.

International shipping costs for lightweight parcels will be calculated at checkout according to their weight and parcel size. For all other parcels contact us with details of your order for a shipping cost.

We use an International Tracked Delivery Service for all international orders.

All our prices include Value Added Tax at the applicable rate for sales in the United Kingdom. Please note tariff charges may apply on international deliveries. These charges are beyond our control. Purchasers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or similar charges in their place of residence or delivery.

PLEASE NOTE – There are restrictions on some items for international shipping – we will notify you accordingly when necessary.

For large items/ large international orders please contact us with details of your requirements so that we can find the best price for your delivery.

We accept most credit and debit cards and Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All our transactions are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate.

Yes that is no problem at all. Please just enter the delivery address and recipients name on the checkout page. There is also an option to add a gift message.

The majority of our items are available for gift wrapping unless we feel their shape is beyond our gift wrapping skills. Simply tick the gift wrap option on the item/s you would like wrapped and select your chosen wrap design. It is £3.95 per item for gift wrapping.

There is a designated box at the cart page where you can add a gift message to your order.

We fully appreciate that trying to decide on the best size to purchase when shopping online can be tricky. We have created our size guide page to try and help and please look out for our comments on the individual descriptions of each item. If you would like any further advice please contact us.

If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched then it should be possible to cancel your order. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production.
